Having a number of years of experience in business management with major retailers throughout the San Francisco area it was a natural transition to manage the team. "I have a love for the sport that I share with the rest of the management crew". Although having raced for a for a number of years he never was able to make it over the hump sort of speak as Terry was in his own words "vertically challenged". Terry had helped to take the club side of the team to higher levels in the years that led up to the team deciding to start a pro team.

Being a former NCAA Division One wrestling standout at James Madison University, where he graduated with a degree in Marketing and Finance, John has turned his talents to the bike over the past ten years. With over 65 career road victories and numerous National Championship placings as well as a National Champion title on the track, Durso has become accustomed to success. As one of the most senior riders on the team, and the main organizer of the organization, he looks forward to the wealth of new talent and the success it will bring in 2003 and beyond.
During his tenure as Team general manager, Durso has built the Team from a local club to the most successful amateur team in the U.S to an Internationally licensed Professional team. In addition, he has recruited four former U.S. National Champions; three Irish National Champions and a double World Champion from Belarus. John's passion for the sport and drive for results is the perfect combination for the teams' ongoing success.
Durso was a representative for the USA in the Road Race in the Goodwill Games in Russia in 1994. Durso has previously been US National Champion in the Madison as well as a Silver & Bronze Medallist at US National Championships both on the track and on the road. Durso's strength is sprinting - he is the Team's speedster and premier sprinter. His over 65 career victories are thanks to his tenacious sprint.
Durso is married to his beautiful wife Barbara and is a father to two daughters - Isabella & Clara.

Tim Chase has proven himself with over 15 years of Sales and Marketing experience in a wide array of industries. He has consistently been a top performer and a marketing innovator leading his team in sales volume, profit and growth. Previous clients include such Fortune 500 companies as Citicorp, Oracle, Chase, Wachovia, AOL, Comcast and Charles Schwab. A top amateur cyclist in the Northern California area, he has consistently placed high in many events. Tim finished in the top 37 at the 2001 La Ruta de los Conquistadores; a grueling 3 day, 300 mile coast to coast mountain bike race in Costa Rica.
